Group therapy is the foundation of what we do. Where most continuing care providers have a single type of group we have many. Not only process groups but themed groups such as disordered eating, early recovery, and others. We also have regular psycho-educational groups with topics such as nutrition, acceptance, common pitfalls, and many others.
Groups are constantly changing based on the needs of our clients. We can even create a white-labelled group exclusive to your clients if so desired.
.
We know that every client we see is an individual, and while there are common themes that unite us there are differences that are just as important. In celebration of this individuality we offer counselling and coaching services that are one-on-one, confidential, and tailored for the goals of each client.
These can include short term recovery plans, intensive intervention plans, goal setting, fear setting, and helping to build toolkits of coping skills and strategies.
No one is an island. We believe that building community is the single most supportive thing we can do for our clients. We do this in a variety of ways beginning with online open coffee sessions and extending to organized events both in person and online. This includes online escape rooms, trivia nights, webinars, campouts, and recovery renewal retreats.
Together with these events is our unique points program which rewards attendance at groups and events with points and tiers that may be used towards future events and gear.
We understand that as an organization, you have needs as well. We provide a full spectrum of metrics to track your clients organized into quarterly reports or customized to your individual needs.
In addition we believe that continuing care is our responsibility, and that recruitment and retention are challenging during times of transition such as completing treatment. For that reason we offer both staff training and connection to your clients onsite or online at your preference. We know that transition times are filled with fear and uncertainty, so we want to meet your clients early and regularly so that they know who they will see following treatment. Site visits and staff training also help us to better understand your organizational culture to help being that same feel to your clients in continuing care.
